  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 1 lb. pepper jack cheese
  • 5 oz. frozen chopped spinach, thawed
  • 6 oz. chopped artichoke hearts
  • 1/4 cup chopped red bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup chopped yellow onion
  • Tortilla chips, pita bread, bagel chips



Step 1

Heat milk in saucepan. Slowly add cheese, stirring constantly, until melted. Add remaining ingredients. Cook over low heat until creamy, smooth and of desired consistency. Serve with tortilla chips, pita bread, or bagel chips.
