Ingredients
- 1 9-inch graham cracker crust
- 1 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sifted confectioner's sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup Cool Whip, thawed
- 1 pint strawberries, sliced
- 1/2 cup currant jelly, melted

Step 1
Beat together cream cheese, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in Cool Whip and pour into crust. Chill several hours. Place strawberries on top of pie. Brush top with melted jelly.
