Pinto Bean Fiesta Fudge

Ingredients

  • 1 cup warm cooked Pinto Beans
  • 3/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 cup cocoa
  • 1 tbsp Vanilla
  • 2 Pounds Powered Sugar
  • 1 cup Chopped Pecans

Preparation

Step 1

Mash or Sieve beans. Add melted butter, cocoa and vanilla. Mix thoroughly. Stir in powereded sugar gradually. Add nuts and press into a 9 x 13 buttered pan. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
