Ingredients
- 2 1/2 C. flour
- 2 1/4 c. whole wheat flour
- 3/4 C. rolled oats
- 1 T. plus 1 1/2 t. baking powder
- 2 t. sugar
- 2 t. salt3/4 t baking soda
- 1 3/4 C. butter milk
- 6 T. unsalted butter melted & cooled

Step 1
pre heat oven 350
Wisk flour & whole wheat flor rolled oats, baking powder, sugar, salt, & baking soda rogether. Add buttermilk & cooled butter, stir w wooden spoon til mixed.
kneed on flour surface. Shape in loaf.
Bake 1 hour or til golden. Cool on wire rack.
