Ingredients
- 2 1/2 pounds of Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and sliced into 1/4 inch rounds
- 1 teaspoon of kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream or 1 can Media Crema + 1/4 Cup milk
- 1/2 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese

- 1/2 Cup + 2 Tbsp cups heavy cream or 1/2 can Media Crema + 2 Tbsp milk
- 1/4 cup grated Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese
Preparation
Step 1
1. Arrange potatoes in one layer in bottom of 3-inch deep, round gratin dish. Season with salt and pepper. Repeat layering and seasoning with salt and pepper. Pour cream over potatoes and bake on 1 inch rack, power level high for 35 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake another 25 minutes. If cheese gets to brown cover with foil.
