Ingredients
- 2 pounds (21-25 count) shrimp peeled and de-veined
- 2 Tablespoons garlic chopped
- 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- Juice from 1/2 lemon
- 2 Tablespoons flat leaf parsley chopped
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place peeled and de-veined shrimp on bottom liner pan.
2. Add all other ingredients on top of shrimp and gently mix.
3. Cook on power level high for 5 minutes. Stir shrimp mixture and resume cooking for 4-5 minutes.
Tips
Crusty bread is great to serve on the side, use to soak up butter sauce.
