Shrimp w/Garlic (Scampi)

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds (21-25 count) shrimp peeled and de-veined
  • 2 Tablespoons garlic chopped
  • 4 Tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • Juice from 1/2 lemon
  • 2 Tablespoons flat leaf parsley chopped
  • Salt & pepper to taste

Preparation

Step 1

1. Place peeled and de-veined shrimp on bottom liner pan.

2. Add all other ingredients on top of shrimp and gently mix.

3. Cook on power level high for 5 minutes. Stir shrimp mixture and resume cooking for 4-5 minutes.

Tips
Crusty bread is great to serve on the side, use to soak up butter sauce.
