Ingredients
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 2 T extra virgin oil
- 1 onion ,peeled and diced
- 4 carrots ,peeled and small diced
- 4 celery stocks
- 1 t garlic
- 2 bay leaves
- Salt,pepper
- 2 qts chicken broth
- 3 c cooked chicken
- 2 cups wide noodles

Preparation
Step 1
In large pot, sauté onion,butter and olive oil.add celery,carrots,garlic and bay leaves. Cook until veggies are soften. Add stock and simmer x 10 min. Stir in chicken and noodles- about 10 more minutes. Discard bay leaves.
