Kansas City Cornbread

Ingredients

• 1 (8 1/2 ounce) box Jiffy cornbread mix
• 1 (9 ounce) boxjiffy yellow cake mix
• 1 ⁄3 cup milk
• 1 ⁄2 cup water
• 2 eggs
• 1 ⁄4 cup oil

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all ingredients.

Pour batter into greased and floured 8x8 pan.

Bake at 400°F for 5 minutes, then lower oven to 350°F and bake for another 20-25 minutes, or until cake tester comes out clean and top is lightly browned.
