Tilapia Baked with a Kick

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounce) fresh Tilapia
  • 3 Tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon red pepper

Preparation

Step 1

1. Brush fish with Olive oil.

2. Combine all dry spices and blend well.

3. Sprinkle over fish.

4. Place fish on 4 inch rack and cook on power level high cook 3-4 minutes per side.

Tips
If cooking from frozen, cook on power level high for 5-7 minutes.
When you flip the food you will have your food brown on both sides so flipping the food is not necessary.
