  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/4 tsp onion powder
  • 2 TBSP Liquid Smoke
  • 3 TBSP Mortion's Tender or quick curing salt



Step 1

Combine ingredients together and mix well.

Shape into rolls. Wrap well. Wrap in foil (shiny side out)

Cure for 24 hours.

Then bake for 60 minutes at 325 degrees.

Prick foil before baking.
Put on broiler pan with water in bottom. Cool and wrap and refrigerate.
