Fish Fillets - Quick

Ingredients

  • 4 (6 ounces each) orange roughy fillets
  • 1/4 cup fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon fresh chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon fry mustard
  • Non-stick cooking spray

Preparation

Step 1

1. Combine breadcrumbs, parsley, and paprika in shallow dish.

2. Combine yogurt and mustard. Dip fish in yogurt mixture, and dredge in breadcrumb mixture; Spray 4 inch rack and place fish on rack.

3. Cook on power level high for 3-4 minutes per side. The fish should be flakey and moist.

4. Squeeze fresh lemon over fish.

Tips
If cooking from frozen, cook on power level high for 5-7 minutes per side.
