Ingredients
- 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 garlic clove, pressed
- 1 tsp. ginger (or 1” piece fresh ginger root, cut in half and pressed)
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 Tbls. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. brown sugar, packed
- 1/8 tsp. ground red pepper, optional
Preparation
Step 1
Place cream cheese and peanut butter in bowl and mix until smooth. Add garlic and ginger. Add remaining ingredients. Serve chilled with cut up fresh vegetables (carrots, celery, mushrooms, cucumber, zucchini, peppers).
