Ingredients
- 10 slices cinnamon bread, cut into cubes
- 1 cup raisins
- 1 cup fat-free, cholesterol-free egg product
- 1 1/2 cups warm water
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 16-oz. can fat-free sweetened condensed milk
Preparation
Step 1
1. Place bread cubes and raisins in greased slow cooker. Mix together gently.
2. Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over top.
3. Cover. Cook on high 30 minutes, then on low 2-2 ½ hours.
