Ingredients
- 5 1/2 cups mashed potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz container sour cream
- 2 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 6 slices bacon, crisply cooked and crumbled
Preparation
Step 1
Combine all ingreidients except cheddar cheese and bacon in a large mixing bowl. BEat at medium-high speed with electric mixer until smooth. Spoon into a lightly greased 9x13 baking dish; top with cheddar cheese and bacon. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 3o minutes. Unover and bake 10 minutes more or until cheese melts.
