Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil (ideally MCT oil)
  • 1/4 cup organic full fat canned coconut milk
  • 1 cup freshly brewed hot coffee
  • 2-3 drops of stevia to sweeten to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon of each powdered Chaga mushroom, Reishi mushroom, Ashwagandha (optional yet highly recommended)
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground maca
  • Freshly grated nutmeg, to taste

Instructions
In a high speed blender, combine all ingredients making sure the coffee is still very hot. Blend for less than 1 minute or until a thick foam is formed on the top, this is from the coconut oil emulsifying with the rest of the ingredients. Enjoy hot!
