Ingredients
- 16-oz. jar chipotle chunky salsa
- 1 cup water
- 2 tsp. chili powder
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 2 lbs. stewing beef, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 19-oz. can red kidney beans, rinsed and drained

Preparation
Step 1
1. Stir all ingredients together in slow cooker.
2. Cover. Cook on High 4-5 hours or on Low 8-9 hours, until beef is fork-tender.
