  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped celery
  • 3 T butter
  • 1/2 cup chopped mushrooms
  • 2 cups soft breadcrumbs
  • Pinch, S&P, tarragon, dried rosemary
  • 2 lbs fish
  • 1 T lemon juice
  • 4 sliced plum tomatoes



Step 1

375 -25-30 mins.
Saute onion and celery with butter till tender, add mushrooms, saute a few mins. Remove from heat and stir in crumbs and seasonings.
Grease baking dish or individual dish. Add fish, sprinkle with juice, top with crumb mixture, then top with tomatoes. Bake till fish flakes.
