Candy - Peanut Butter Balls

Energy Balls!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 teas. Vanilla
  • 2 cups quick oats
  • Optional: 1 cup chocolate chips or raisins

Preparation

Step 1

Mix together peanut butter, powdered sugar milk and vanilla. Add oats (and any optional ingredients). Stir until well mixed. Form balls the size of large marbles. Place on waxed paper lined cookie sheet. Refrigerate for one hour. Store in air tight container.
