Ingredients
- 2 8 oz pkgs cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 8 pz cans crescent rolls
- 3/4 cup gar
- 1/2 cup buter
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Confectioner's sugar
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray 9x13 pan with Pam.
In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, 1 cup sugar and vanilla; beat at medium speed for 30 seconds to 1 minute, or until smooth.
Unroll crescent dough, press perforations to seal. Using a rolling pin, roll each dough piece into a 13x9 rectangle. Press 1 dough rectangle into bottom or prepared baking dish. Spread cream cheese mixture evenly over dough in pan. Top with remaining dough rectangle.
In a small bowl, stir together 3/4 cup sugar, butter, and cinnamon. Using a twp, dot mixture evenly over top of dough.
Bake for 30 mintes or until crescent dough has puffed up and turned golden brown. Let cool completely in pan for about 1-2 hrs. Cut into squares and dust lightly with confectioner's sugar.
