  • 6 oz spaghetti
  • 1 1/2 T olive oil
  • cooking spray
  • 1 1/2 C Parmesan cheese
  • 1 1/2 C pasta sauce
  • 12 1-oz meatballs, cooked

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Spray muffin tin with cooking spray.

Cook spaghetti al dente. Mix in a bowl with olive oil. Let cool in the frig for about 15 minutes. Toss with 1 C Parmesan.

Divide spaghetti evenly among the 12 muffin cups making spaghetti nests. Add 1 T pasta sauce to each cup. Put in 1 meatball. Top with 1 T pasta sauce and more Parmesan.

Bake for about 20-25 minutes until meatballs are heated through and cheese is melted.
