Ingredients

  • 2 eggs beaten at room temperature
  • 1 cup milk at room temperature
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 cup flour, sifted
  • 1/4 tsp salt

Preparation

Step 1

Heat oven to 400
Place tin in oven to heat, about 5 minutes
Combine eggs and milk in medium bowl, stir in butter. Stir in flour and salt until mixed.

Remove the tine from oven, carefully butter the cups using brush. Fill cups 3/4 full with batter.

Bake 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350 degrees. Bake until well browned. 20 minutes
