Crustless Spinach Cheese Quiche

Ingredients

• 1 package chopped spinach, cooked and water squeeze out all liquid.
• 4 eggs
• 1 cup sour cream
• 1 cup cottage cheese
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
• 1/4 cup flour
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/4 tsp black pepper
• 2 cups finely shredded cheese (any)

Preparation

Step 1

325 45 mins. Grease 8x8 pan. Blend well, eggs, sour cream and cheeses, flour, seasonings. Mix well with spinach and shredded cheese. Bake, allow to cool before slicing.
