Baked coconut shrimp

  • 24 large shrimp,peeled and cleaned
  • 3/4 c shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 3/4 c panko bread crumbs
  • 2 T flour
  • 1 large egg
  • Salt
  • Olive oil



Step 1

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Apply olive oil to baking sheet.
Roll shrimp in coconut and crumbs after adding a tad of salt,dipping in flour then egg!

Bake shrimp for 10 minutes,turn shrimp then bake for 7 additional minutes
