House Granola

Ingredients

  • 4 cups rolled oats
  • 1/3 cup whole almonds
  • 1/3 cup raisins
  • 5-6 ready-to-eat dried apricots, chopped
  • 1/3 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1/4 cup raw sugar
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients together in a large bowl, then transfer to the baking tray. Bake in a preheated oven at 325 degrees for 25 minutes, until toasted.

Remove from the oven and stir well. Return the mixture to the oven and cook for a further 15 minutes until the granola is crip and light golden.

Remove from the oven. Eat while hot with milk, or let cool, then transfer to an airtight container and store.
