Ingredients
- 3 cups diced chicken
- 1 14.5 oz bag tortilla chips, crushed
- 1 can tomatoes with green chiles
- 1 can cream of chicken
- 1 can cream of mushroom
- 1 can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/2 tsp garlic salt
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper chopped
- 3 cups cheddar cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350.
Layer chips in a greased 9 x 13.
Saute the onion, bell pepper in a little olive oil. While cooking, stir together the tomatoes, cream soups. broth and spices.
Add veggies when tender. Pour half the soup mixture on top of chips. Layer half of the chicken. Top with half of the cheese. Repeat the layers once more.
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil and bake 10 minutes more.
