  • garlic salt
  • Lawry's season salt
  • liquid smoke
  • Barbecue sauce

Preparation

Step 1

Rub garlic salt and seasoning salt and liquid smoke on brisket

place on broil pan with water. Wrap brisket tight in foil. after cooking for about 2 hours pour some of the broth into the foil w/ the brisket. After cooked mix a little barbecue sauce w/a little beef broth and pour over brisket and wrap in foil and heat in oven. Heat up just barbecue sauce. Pull out brisket and shred, pour barbecue sauce over the shredded meat.

225-250 degrees


bake 325 about an hour
