Ingredients
- 3 large garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup pine nuts or walnuts
- 2/3 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 3 cups loosely packed basil
- 2/3 cup extra virgin olive oil
Preparation
Step 1
Place the garlic and nuts in food processor. Finely chop. Stop motor and add cheese, salt, pepper, and basil. Pulse until finely chopped. With motor running, add oil until incorporated. Keeps about a week in fridge or freezes well.
