  • 1 T PCOS Diva Power Greens and/or handful baby spinach

  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1 T almond butter
  • 1 T chia seed
  • 5 ice cubes
