Ingredients
- 2 cans coconut milk
- 2 pints Coconut Bliss vanilla coconut-based ice cream
- 2 cans (14 oz each) pumpkin
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 2 tbsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tbsp vanilla extract
- 2 cups Bourbon (or to taste)
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth and creamy. Note: you will have to do several batches. Chill and serve super cold.
