Cucumber, Onion, and Tomato Salad

Ingredients

  • 3 tomatoes, chopped
  • 3 cucumbers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 1/2 C apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp sugar (Stevia or organic coconut sugar)
  • 2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/4 C olive oil

Preparation

Step 1

Combine ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Chill 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
