Ingredients
- 3 tomatoes, chopped
- 3 cucumbers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 C apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp sugar (Stevia or organic coconut sugar)
- 2 tsp sea salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 C olive oil

Combine ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Chill 1-2 hours. Enjoy!
