• 2 egg whites (chilled metal bowl)
• 1/8 tsp. cream of tartar
• 3/4 cup sugar (add gradually)

Preparation

Step 1

Beat until holds peak
Food coloring to ting
beat again
i cup choco chips
Heat oven 350
Drop cookies on ungreased sheet
Put in oven
Turn off oven
Leave in overnight
