Preparation
Step 1
Put one pound hulled and quartered strawberries in a resealable bag. In a bowl mix 2 c brandy and 1 c sugar. Pour mixture into bag and refridgerate overnight. Pour one bottle chilled Champagne, one bottle chilled light white wine and one litre chilled club soda or seltzer in a punch bowl and stir. In a glass place a few strawberries and laddle in the punch.
