  • 1 small frozen banana or 1/2 large banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1 scoop PCOS Diva Power Protein
  • 1 T PCOS Diva Power Greens and/or handful baby spinach
  • 2 tsp. PCOS Diva Power Fiber and/or chia and flax seed
  • 1 T coconut oil
  • 1 T chia seed
  • 1 T flax seed
