Ingredients
- 1 cup almond, hemp or coconut milk
- 1 small frozen banana or 1/2 large banana
- 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
- 1 scoop PCOS Diva Power Protein
- 1 T PCOS Diva Power Greens and/or handful baby spinach
- 2 tsp. PCOS Diva Power Fiber and/or chia and flax seed
- 1 T coconut oil
- 1 T chia seed
- 1 T flax seed
