Refrigerator Breakfast Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 C old fashion oats
  • 1/2 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2-3/4 C almond milk or coconut milk
  • 1/2 cut up banana
  • small handful blueberries, strawberries or raspberries
  • a pinch of chia seeds
  • tsp honey or maple syrup

Preparation

Step 1

Place items into a mason jar, shake, and let sit in refrigerator overnight.
