Ingredients
- 1 1/2 loaves French bread -- (1 1/2 to 2)
- cut into 1" cubes
- 1 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar
- 6 oz. cream cheese
- 1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper and salt
- 4 egg whites -- beaten until stiff

Step 1
Melt the butter over low heat.
Stir in cheeses, mustard, salt and pepper until well blended.
Fold in stiffly beaten egg whites.
Put bread cubes, one at a time into cheese mixture.
I usually use a knife for fork and wipe away alot of the mixture (if you don't when you bake these you will end up with a pool of cheese). Just make sure they are coated.
Put on cookie sheet and freeze.
When frozen take off sheet and store in zip-lock bags until ready to serve.
Bake frozen on sprayed cookie sheet, at 350 - 375 until golden brown. Serve warm.
