Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1/2 cup Orzo
- 2 tablespoons white wine
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 tablespoon grated parmesan
Preparation
Step 1
Cook 1 tablespoon butter in a small saucepan over medium-low heat 4 minutes or until browned
Add 1/2 cup corzo; cook 1 minute.
Add 2 tablespoons white wine; cook over medium-high heat 1 minute
Add 1 1/4 cups chicken broth
Bring to a boil; reduce hat and simmer 13 minutes
Stir in 1 tablespoon Parmesan
Cover and let stand 5 minutes
