Chicken Parm Meatballs

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup panko
  • 2 tablespoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 egg
  • 16 cubes (1/4 inch) mozzarella
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup jarred arrabiatta sauce, warmed

Preparation

Step 1

In bowl, mix first 5 ingredients; season. Gently form meat around cheese into 1 1/2-inch balls. In nonstick skillet, cook in oil over medium-high, turning, 8 minutes. Serve with sauce.
