Ingredients
- 2 large ripe avocados
- 2 large ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 red onion, diced
- 2 tablespoons minced garlic
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
- 1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Preparation
Step 1
Cut the avocados in half. Scoop out avocado pulp into a medium bowl. Mash with the back of a fork. Add tomatoes, onion, garlic, olive oil, lime juice, and Tabasco sauce and stir until blended. Add crumbled feta cheese to guacamole mixture. Stir and serve immediately with tortilla chips.
