Chili-Roasted Cashews

Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 c unsalted cashews
  • 1 T canola oil
  • 1/2 t salt
  • 1 t chili powder
  • 1/8 t pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 325. Spread cashews in single layer on foil lined baking sheet
Roast cashews for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown and transfer to bowl.
Add oil and using spoon to mix, ensure all nuts are coated, then add salt, chili powder and pepper let cool before serving.
