Ingredients
- Juice of 1 whole lemon
- 2 pitted dates
- 2 1/2 tsp turmeric
- 1 inch piece of peeled ginger root
- 1 or 2 pinches cayenne pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Place all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Refrigerate and serve chilled. Note: the tonic will keep stored in a covered container in the refrigerator for 3 days.
