Ingredients
- 12 oz. sugar
- 1/2 oz. salt
- 7 1/2 oz. cornmeal
- 2 oz. nonfat dry milk
- 18 oz. flour
- 1 1/2 oz. baking powder
- 7 large eggs
- 9 oz. vegetable oil
- 15 oz. water
Preparation
Step 1
In large bowl stir together dry ingredients. In separate bowl beat eggs, water and oil. Slowly add mixture to dry ingredients until well blended.
Coat a large cake pan with non-stick baking spray. Fill with batter.
Bake 45 minutes at 350 until golden.
Serve with honey.
