- 3 ripe Haas avocados, pitted
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil
- 4 large slices hearty whole-grain or pumpernickel bread, toasted
- Crushed red pepper flakes
- Maldon sea salt flakes
- Freshly ground black pepper
