Broccoli/Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • 2 Tbsp. margarine
  • 3/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 6 cups water
  • 6 chicken bouillion cubes
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. garlic powder
  • 8 oz. thin egg noodles
  • 2 pkg. frozen broccoli
  • 1 lb. velvetta
  • 6 cups of milk
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Saute onion in margarine. Add water, chicken bouillion salt, garlic powder. Add egg noodles, and cook 3 minutes. Add broccoli and cook 5 minutes. Add milk, velvetta, & pepper & heat through.
