Ingredients
- 1 jiuced lemon
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp wide-grain Dejon mustard
- 2 lbs 16 pieces chicken
- 2 tbsl fresh rosemary-chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Step 1
Combine ingredients except rosemary, salt and pepper in pyrox 9x13 dish. Coat chicken to marinate. Sprinkle rosemary, salt, and pepper. Coat and refrigerated for an hour, turning 1/2 way through. Turn chicken skin side up and let stand for 30 minutes.
Preheat oven 400 degrees
rack in center of oven
50 to 60 minutes. Chicken juice runs clear.
