Ingredients
- Zucchini
- Olive oil
- Garlic powder
- Petite Tomatoes
- Shredded mozzarella cheese
- Parmesan cheese
- Salt & pepper
Preparation
Step 1
Slice zucchinis in half lengthwise. Slice a tad off of the back side so that they don't roll over but remain flat on baking sheet. Brush with olive oil and top with garlic or garlic powder. Top with slices of tomatoes and salt and pepper to taste. Add mozzarella cheese, parmesan cheese or a mixed blend. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 to 30 minutes or until soft.
