Romertopf Potatoes

Requires a soaked Romertopf baking pot.
Soak for a minimum of 15 minutes.

Ingredients

  • even-sized potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Preparation

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and arranged them next to each other in the moistened Romertopf.
Cover with knobs of butter.
Sprinkle with salt & pepper.
Close lid
Place in cold oven, set at 400 degrees F
Bake for 1 1/4 hours.
