Ingredients
- 3 C flour
- 2 C sugar
- 1 t salt
- 1 t baking soda
- 1 t cinnamon
- 3 lg eggs
- 1 1/2 C oil
- 1 1/2 t van x
- 1 (8oz) crushed pineapples (drained)
- 2 C chopped bananas
- 1 C chopped pecan
- Cream Cheese Frosting
- 2 (8oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1 C butter, softened
- 2 (16oz) 10 x sugar, sifted
- 2 t van x

Preparation
Step 1
Preheat oven to 350. Spray three round pans with Pam
Mix flour, sugar,salt, baking soda & cinnamon in large bowl
Add eggs & oil. Mix to just moistened
Add van x, pineapples, bananas, pecans & mix well.
Bake 25-30 mins until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pans 10 mins, then turn onto cooling racks til cool.
Mix all frosting ingredients & frost
