Ingredients
- 10 Gala Apples
- 1 TBSP of lemon juice
- 1 TBSP cinnamon
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 stock of butter

Preparation
Step 1
Melt the butter over a low heat. Start coring and slicing the apples right in the butter, Do not scorch the butter. Be gentle so they don't break apart Continue folding the apple into the butter mixture. AS the apples get tender add in the lemon juice, cinnamon and sugar and continue cooking until the apples are tender (and limp).
