  • coconut oil
  • OnGuard EO

Preparation

Step 1

Use tongue scrapper every morning
Oil pull for about 10 min with coconut oil plus OnGuard or peppermint oil

Supplement with vitamin D3 and vitamin K drops
Take probiotics
