Pumpkin Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 1 large can (29 ounces) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 C canned pumpkin puree
  • 5 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1/4 C chopped cilantro

Preparation

Step 1

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until smooth and creamy.
